Sample Phase 1 Golf Fitness Program at Copper Hill Golf Academy

The design of this program was based on the findings of a golf fitness assessment. This player exhibited limited posterior pelvic tilt which showed in the golf swing through a lose of posture and early extension. These specific exercises were given to increase activation of his core muscles, create separation between the upper body and lower body while increasing pelvic mobility.
